Cracked Heel 6 Tablespoons rice flour 4 teaspoons honey or glycerine 3-4 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar (also     use white vinegar) 3-4 drops olive oil or almond oil   Dip your feet in lukewarm water for 10 minutes.
