Cracked Heel
6 Tablespoons rice flour
4 teaspoons honey or glycerine
3-4 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar (also use white vinegar)
3-4 drops olive oil or almond oil
Dip your feet in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Dry it and remove the dead skin from any stone
All things mix well and make thick paste
Apply this paste on your heels and rub gently for 5 minutes. Use it daily until your heels become crack free
